It was a mixed feeling for the Ex-Nigerian International Odion Jude Ighalo as his goal counted for little in Al Wehdah’s defeat.
The Saudi Pro League went down on Monday evening and it was Al Wehdah who played away to Al Ittihad.
It was Ighalo who netted the opening goal just after the half-hour mark to silence the home crowd, his 10th goal of the season.
Former Algerian International Hamdallah scored twice late in the game to hand Al Wehdah a 2-1 defeat.
Ighalo has become a household name in the Saudi Pro League having played for Al Shabbab and Al Hilal in the past.
