Super Eagles forward, Victor Boniface, has won the Rookie of The Month award for a fifth consecutive time this season after taking the December prize.
The forward has made the Rookie of the Month award his own since joining Bayer Leverkusen from Belgian outfit Union Saint-Gilloise in the summer.

The 22-year-old previously won the award in August, September, October and November.
The striker has registered 10 goals in 15 league appearances for Leverkusen this season, plus another four goals in the UEFA Europa League.
Meanwhile, Leverkusen’s 24-game unbeaten run at the start of a campaign is the longest in German history, matching Hamburg’s streak in 1982/83, while the 42 goals they have scored in the Bundesliga after 15 matches is a club record.
