“The mindset is Let’s do it again, the one you guys are promoting at the moment. We believe in Nigerians, we know they will always support us. We are always grateful to the fans for their support. We want to give them a good result.”

Collins recently returned to the national team set up after an achilles tendon injury kept him on the sidelines for almost a year.

The former Paderborn player will now have to battle Bruno Onyemaechi and Zaidu Sanusi for a spot in the team.
