Bendel Insurance have been eliminated from the CAF Confederation Cup following a 1-0 defeat to RS Berkane of Morocco.
Youssef Zghoudi beat an offside trap early in the first half to score the only goal of the game.
The Moroccans held Bendel Insurance to a 2-2 draw in the first leg two weeks ago at the Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium, Benin City.
The visitors fought back in the second half but were unable to find a way back into the game.
RS Berkane, who won the competition in 2022, proceeded to the group stage 3-2 on aggregate.
Nigeria’s other representative in the competition, Rivers United will entertain Burkina Faso’s Etoile Filante on Sunday.
The fixture is slated for the Adokiye Amiesimaka Stadium, Port Harcourt, 4:00 pm local time.
